Roy is a Senior Enterprise Transformation Coach focusing on organizational change and leadership growth. He has over 20 years' experience practicing Agile including 15 years coaching teams and organizations.
Roy has a passion for helping organizations realize the potential of their people by focusing on empathy, learning, creativity, trust and support.
Roy has worked internationally in many industries including, Finance, Pharma, Insurance, Telco, Government and many others. This work is not limited to software development, but also includes operations, marketing, HR, construction and building physical products such as elevators, safety equipment, amusement park rides and weapons systems, among others.
Roy is a member of Scrum Alliance, Agile Alliance, ICAgile and the PMI and regularly presents at large conferences and local agile community events. He also hosts several agile cohorts to share ideas with other agile enthusiasts and to foster a community of learning.
